If you’ve never remodeled before, the part that worries you is not knowing what happens next. Tonya sets realistic expectations at the start and keeps you told about the schedule the whole way through. Then the kitchen gets finished in the timeframe she gave you.

Cabinets come from our own shop, and the countertops, lighting and fixtures can be chosen in our showroom. You get suggestions if you want them, and cost-effective options if the budget needs them.

Bathrooms & showers

Full bathroom remodels, one bathroom or all three. Shower enclosures reworked. Vanities and toilets replaced. And the damp problems that keep coming back, fixed at the cause with proper ventilation and mildew-resistant paint rather than painted over.

Older houses hide surprises behind the walls. A guest bathroom in a historic house downtown had a couple of them, and it was still finished in time for the homeowners’ holiday guests.

Water, storm & flood repair

A leak, a flood or a tree through the roof, and suddenly you need someone who answers. One customer emailed a handful of contractors after her home flooded; Tonya called her back within minutes. Tonya has been through it in her own home, so she knows what the first week feels like.

We don’t charge for the estimate. We handle the whole repair, from drywall, flooring and paint to cabinets, fixtures and doors, and customers often tell us the room ended up better than it was before.

Additions & conversions

More room without moving. A sunroom added on in Richmond Hill, garages turned into living space, bathrooms added on, a workshop or a deck out back. When the plan runs into a problem, like an attic ladder that would open into the middle of the new room, we find a way round it rather than tell you it can’t be done.

New builds & historic homes

We build new homes alongside Savannah architects, and we restore older ones, including carriage houses in the historic district. Same approach at either end: design it with you, agree the deadlines and the budget, then meet them.

Repairs & small jobs

No job too small. Drywall and paint, flooring, doors and storm doors, shutters, fixtures, and the list of things you’ve been meaning to get to. One customer needed a rental ready to sell: we painted the whole inside and laid new flooring throughout, and she says the work is why she got a contract on the house.

A lot of our customers come back for a second and third job.
