Coastal Contractors & Installers was founded in 2014 by Tonya Meushaw. It’s woman-owned, licensed and fully insured in Georgia and South Carolina, and it has grown by customers coming back and sending their friends.

Tonya grew up in her father’s workshop, helping him build custom furniture. She graduated from Valdosta State in 1994 with a degree in psychology, but her love of building, the smell of sawdust and her father’s memory sent her back to the workshop. Every project has its problems, and solving them is the part she enjoys.
Her son David is one of our lead installers. Her five bonus sons, as she calls them, all started out working at CCI with the same work ethic and values.
Richard Deinema

Richard, a.k.a. “McGuyver”, was born in Chicago and moved to Hilton Head in 1998 with Home Depot before starting his own business. He runs the job sites and is a partner in the cabinet company.
Tonya and Richard met on a job in 2011 and have worked together ever since.
