When you hire us, she’s the person you deal with, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. She tells you what to expect before it happens, her crew turns up when she says they will, and Richard checks the work before it’s called finished.

You call, and Tonya calls you back
Ring the office or send the form, and Tonya gets back to you herself. One customer who emailed after her home flooded had a call back within minutes.
A free visit and estimate
We come out and look at the space, or meet you at the showroom, or do it on a video call if that’s easier. The estimate costs you nothing.
Design and choices
We draw it up with you. You pick cabinets, countertops, lighting and fixtures at the showroom on Waters Avenue, with suggestions if you want them and cheaper options if the budget needs them. Cabinet design is free when you buy the cabinets from us.
A price and a finish date you can plan around
You get a fair, upfront price and a realistic timeline before anything starts. Customers plan holidays around our finish dates, and the dates hold.
The work, and the walkthrough
The crew turns up when Tonya says, works around your family, and sweeps up before they leave every day. Richard checks the work, then you walk through it together. If anything comes up afterwards, call and it gets sorted.

Most of a good bathroom is the part you never see again. Halfway through this shower in midtown Savannah, the old walls were out and the new built-in shelves were set in place. Then the tile went on around them. As one customer put it: “every job is inspected and if not perfect it will be redone.”
